Scholarship applications are organized by due date from left to right. Some lengthy or high-profile scholarships may be listed under each month until their deadline. A limited description is provided. To view additional information about a scholarship, or to download an application, simply click on the photo above the scholarship. When clicked, a new tab will open in your internet browser. The tab will either be the direct link to an online application, a link to more information, or the PDF version of the scholarship application. Scholarships can be printed from this website, completed online, or copied by contacting the School Counselor.

DUE in June

GC Two-Shot

$1,500 award. Any student who plans to attend EWC full-time in the fall semester who does not have any other major scholarship(s) (totaling $3500 or more). Minimum GPA of 2.50 required. DUE June 20th.

Aspiring Business Professional

(1) $1000 For students who intend to pursue a business related field at an accredited school. Record of academic success and for a business career. DUE June 1st

Community Healthcare Foundation

Students must show proof of acceptance into a qualified accredited healthcare program and good academic standing. DUE June 1st

Aspiring Animation Professional

$1000 for students that are interested in pursuing an animation career path at an accredited school. DUE June 1st

Aspiring Nurse Scholarship

$1,000 award available. Must have a track record of academic excellence, particularly in science and mathematics. Must have a passion for the nursing profession and the overall field of healthcare. Must plan to pursue a college education in nursing. DUE June 30th.

Horatio Alger Scholarship

Old Application. Up to $2500. Students with commitment to pursue and complete a career or technical certificate/degree. Demonstrated critical financial need. Involved in community service. DUE June 1st

Mark A Forester Scholarship

Old Application. $1,000. Any current student enrolled in an accredited American University or college for Fall of 2016. To enter write a 300-500 word essay explaining how they honor America's military heroes. Deadline June 1, 2016.

Aspiring Fashion Professional

Old Application $1000 award for students interested in pursuing a fashion degree at an accredited school. DUE June 1st.

Bob & Martha Erickson

Old Application Traditional and non-traditional students with financial need who have been long-term Goshen County, Wyoming, residents. DUE June 1st.

Janan McCreery Teacher

Old Application Eastern Wyoming College students with a minimum GPA of 3.0 majoring in Elementary Education and who have demonstrated leadership in extracurricular and community activities. DUE June 1st.

Scholarship for Success

Old Application $500 awards available, renewable for a total of four consecutive semesters. Must be a graduating senior, a U.S. citizen, must enroll at WNCC full-time. Must have a minimum 2.7 GPA and a minimum 20 ACT. Must enroll in an approved program. Additional criteria applies. DUE June 1st.

Scottish Rite Foundation

Old Applications Applicants must be graduates of a Wyoming high school. Recipients must be full-time students during the year in which the scholarship is used. Based off of Leadership Potential and Activities, GPA, and Financial Need. DUE June 1st.

10 Words or Less Scholarship

Old Application. $500. Anyone between the ages of 14-25 attending school in the Fall of 2016. DUE June 30

DUE in July and August

Distinguished Young Women

Distinguished Young Women is a unique program that combines the chance to win college scholarships with a program that offers Life Skills training to prepare young women for the world after high school. Apply by August 1st.

David Pudas Memorial

$500 Intended to support a first-generation future college student enrolled in college for the 17 Fall sem First-generation means that your parent(s) did not graduate from college with a 4-year Bachelor’s degree. To Must be or willing to become a TRIO participant. DUE Aug 15th

WWCC Scholarships
